Fluid Physio and Gym Fitness Classes

COURT

Think boot camp, but without the weather and natures elements, this class will make you huff and puff, it will make you sweat and it is designed to be challenging. COURT is a high intensity class using minimal equipment, where you will learn to utilise what your training environment and body has to offer.

FITNESS CIRCUIT

This class is a combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises. The class is structured in a circuit format. Fitness Circuit classes offer a balanced use of body parts and variety in exercises. Fitness Circuit is designed to improve general fitness and body composition.

INNER STRENGTH

The focus of INNER STRENGTH is your core, the power house of our body. All movements are controlled and performed with an emphasis and awareness of the activation of our core muscles.This class is low impact, not to be confused with easy.

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

This class is for high school students of the Clarence valley. This class aims at improving the coordination, balance, speed and strength of the up and coming athletes. This class is a great out of season class to assist in maintaining fitness and technique.

BOXING

Boxing for fitness is fun and provides something different to your training program. BOXING is a high intensity class designed to improve your cardiovascular health, strength and coordination. Boxing is also a great stress buster.

TRAINERS CHOICE

Trainers Choice is the instructors chance to be free, we will deliver you an excellent workout that comprises of any one or a combination of our timetable classes. Each trainers choice class will be different and provide you with exercises to develop your fitness and strength.

 

YOGILATES AND YOGA

Yogilates is a blend of yoga postures with Pilates core strengthening exercises to improve felxibility, strength, balance and injury prevention. A vinyasa flow is also incorporated into the class to elevate the heart rate and increase stamina. Emphasis is placed on breathing techniques and pilayes principles to improve body awareness and mental clarity.

 

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

A low-intensity gym circuit training class that includes cardiovascular, strengthening, balance and stretching exercises. The hour-long class includes a warm-up and cool-down and is done at your own pace. An assessment with the physiotherapist is required prior to attending this class to ensure all exercises are modified according to your individual needs, medical history and injuries.
